These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and PalGames Studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), covering your use of our app and related services (collectively, "APP"). By accessing the APP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APP.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the APP after these changes means you accept the revised Terms.
The APP is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not allowed to use or register for the APP.
The APP and its contents ("Content"), including text, code, designs, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the APP and download or print a copy of the Content for personal, non-commercial use only. No other use is permitted without our prior written permission.
By using the APP, you confirm that:
l Your registration information is accurate and up-to-date.
l You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
l You are not a minor where you live.
l You will not use automated means to access the APP.
l You will not use the APP for illegal purposes.
l Your use complies with all applicable laws.
If your information is inaccurate or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account.
You may need to register to use the APP. Keep your password confidential and do not share it. You are responsible for all activities under your account. We can remove or change your username if deemed inappropriate.
Some services may require payment. You agree to provide accurate payment information and keep it updated. We bill you online, and prices may change. Payments are in U.S. dollars. All charges are non-refundable. If you have recurring charges, you authorize us to charge your payment method until you cancel.
All purchases are non-refundable. Cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account or contacting us. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.

You agree not to:
l Collect data from the APP without permission.
l Mislead or defraud us or other users.
l Bypass security features.
l Use the APP for harassment or harm.
l Upload harmful content like viruses.
l Use automated systems to interact with the APP.
l Infringe on intellectual property rights.
l Use the APP to compete with us or for commercial purposes without permission.
You may post content ("Contributions") on the APP. By doing so, you grant us a license to use your Contributions. You represent that you own or have the right to use your Contributions and that they do not violate laws or third-party rights.
We can edit or remove Contributions at our discretion. You retain ownership, but we can use your Contributions as outlined in the license.
By posting Contributions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute them. This includes using your name and likeness. You waive any moral rights in your Contributions.
You can link your account to social media accounts. By doing so, you grant us access to certain information from those accounts. You can disable this connection at any time.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide ("Submissions") become our property. We can use them without compensation to you.
The APP may link to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for third-party content or transactions. Use third-party links at your own risk.
Our services are commercial items. Use by U.S. government agencies is subject to these Terms.
We can monitor and manage the APP, including removing content and restricting access, to ensure proper functioning and compliance with these Terms.
We care about privacy. By using the APP, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. The APP is hosted in Germany, so your data will be transferred and processed there.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the APP. We can terminate your access for any reason. If your account is terminated, you cannot create a new one.
We can change or discontinue the APP at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruptions or changes.
These Terms are governed by UK law. You may have additional protections under the laws of your country if you are an EU resident.
Informal Negotiations：We will try to resolve disputes informally for 30 days before arbitration.
Binding Arbitration：Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in London, UK. Arbitration will be conducted in English and limited to the parties involved.
Exceptions：Some disputes, such as those involving intellectual property, are not subject to arbitration and will be resolved in court.
We may correct any errors or inaccuracies in the APP without notice.
The APP is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the APP.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months prior to the cause of action. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations.
You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your use of the APP, your Contributions, or your breach of these Terms.
We are not liable for any loss or corruption of data. You are responsible for backing up your data.
By using the APP, you agree to receive electronic communications from us and accept electronic signatures and records.
California residents can contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing for unresolved complaints.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. We are not liable for events beyond our control.
